A personal fitting session is highly recommended for all our clients, especially if you are going to be wearing a prosthetic breast form for the very first time.
However, for the convenience of our customers, a Mail Order Service is available to those who are certain of their size, eg replacing a bra that you know to be the correct fit or for those who live in a remote area and cannot arrange to be fitted.
Please phone and speak to a consultant regarding your needs. We will endeavor to help you where possible.
Mail Order Conditions:

Orders must be phoned between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm to our office or emailed at any time. Please provide a name and contact telephone number when placing orders.

Orders must consist of a minimum value of $65.00 (excluding postage).

3. |
Postage for Sydney Metropolitan Area : for parcels up to 500 grams - $11.00 including GST (Express Post). For regional NSW and interstate - please ask for postage charges.

Postage (including any insurance) on all Returned Goods will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returned Goods must be unused; tags must not be removed or damaged and prosthesis boxes must be original and not damaged.

Goods Returned and not complying with Conditions No. 4 and 5 will be returned to the Customer.

7. |
Returned Goods must be returned within 7 working days of purchase (unless under manufacturer's warranty).

8. |
Goods Returned will be for Exchange Only.

Payment methods: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), Money Order (to approved customers).

10. |
Mail Orders must be delivered to a physical address (not a Post Office Box).
